With a range of packages to suit all budgets, we will work with you to arrange the right combination of food, beverages, seating arrangements and extras to make your Geelong conference or business event run smoothly.
Our upstairs function room can cater for 25 - 70 people, and we can suggest a range of pre-designed seating arrangements and room layouts to accommodate a specific number of guests, or we can work with you to creat a set-up specific to your needs.

Function Room Availability
Our function room is available for conferences and business meetings at the times specified below.
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 9.30pm
Friday & Saturday*: 8.30am to 5.30pm
*Bookings for Friday and Saturday nights are classified as "functions" - please refer to our Geelong functions brochure for more information.
Conference Room Geelong Hire Costs
Function room hire: $200 (Free if conference package is purchased)

Conference Food & Drink Costs
Tea & Coffee: $3.50 per person
Filter coffee plus a range of "Tea leaf" teas

Morning tea: $10 p/p
Tea & coffee plus your choice of either freshly made muffins or cheese & ham croissants
Working lunch: $15p/p
Platters of assorted fresh sandwiches, served in your room
Restaurant lunch: $20 p/p
Includes jugs of soft drink. Choose 2 items off our lunch menu for an alternate drop menu.
Afternoon tea: $10p/p
Platters of fresh fruit & cheeses (King Island Blue Brie, King Island Cheddar & Meredith Goats Fetta) with crackers
Extra Options
Upstairs bar opened: $25 per bar staff per hour
Black table cloths: $10 per table
Restaurant meals served in your room: $5 p/p
